Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Náplní mé diplomové práce je zpracování dokumentace pro provedení stavby polyfunkčního domu v Ostravě. Objekt je navržen s ohledem na urbanistickou a architektonickou koncepci oblasti. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout moderní budovu, která svým provozem uspokojí potřeby obyvatel. V objektu je umístěno wellness centrum, kadeřnické a nehtové studio (1.NP), komerční prostory (2.NP), a 3 komfortní byty (3.NP). Na řešeném pozemku je navržena i plocha pro parkování. 1.NP a 2.NP je navrženo v souladu s technickými požadavky zabezpečujícími bezbariérové užívání stavby. Součástí diplomové práce jsou i tepelně technické posudky vybraných konstrukcí a energetický štítek obálky budovy, vyhodnocené dle ČSN 730540-2 (2011).

The content of this thesis is preparing the documentation for construction of a multifunctional building in Ostrava. The building is designed with the urban and architectural concept area. The main objective was to design a modern building that their operations meet the needs of the population. The facility is located wellness center, hairdressing and nail salon (1.NP), commercial premises (2.NP), and 3 comfortable flats (3.NP). To solve the plot is designed and space for parking. 1.NP and 2.NP is designed in accordance with the technical requirements of securing barrier-free use of the building. The thesis also includes thermal technical assessments of selected design and label the envelope of the building, assessed according to CSN 730540-2 (2011).
