Analysis of Process Effectiveness Evaluation in Metallurgical Company
The content of this Bachelor thesis is an analysis evaluating the effectiveness of processes in the metallurgical company. The aim of this thesis was to analyse the current situation in the company and suggest possible improvements.
The first part of this bachelor´s thesis was focused on understanding of the basic terms of process effectiveness and analysing of current approaches to evaluation of the effectiveness and performance of the process. In the second part of the bachelor´s thesis all business processes were presented and the current state of evaluation of the effectiveness of these processes in the metallurgical company analysed. Proposal for improvement of approach to effectiveness evaluation of selected process was processed.
