Zabezpečení areálu územního odboru Policie ČR prostředky technické ochrany objektů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení areálu územního odboru Policie České republiky. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie policie až po její současný stav a organizační strukturu. Jsou zde uvedeny základní právní rámce ochrany objektu, základní východiska bezpečnosti objektu a struktury projektu fyzické bezpečnosti. V praktické části jsou na areálu územního odboru zjištěná a popsaná vnitřní a vnější nebezpečí a tyto jsou zahrnuty do následného vyhodnocení. Následně je v práci proveden návrh zabezpečení areálu a pro zjištěná rizika jsou navržené postupy pro jejich odstranění nebo minimalizaci.

This diploma thesis deals with the problematic of security of the Czech Police territorial department premises. The theoretical part briefly describes the Czech Police apparatus history up to its current status and organizational structure. It also introduces basic legal frameworks of object protection, fundamental background of building safety, and structure of physical safety project. The practical part refers to identified and described internal and external dangers at the territorial department premises, which are involved in subsequent evaluation. Subsequently, this diploma thesis includes a premises safety design, and measures to be taken for elimination or minimization of identified risks.
