Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyse status quo of employee benefits in a selected organization and to analyse the employees‘ satisfaction with current benefits. In the first part the basic concepts of employee benefits are mentioned. In the second part selected organization and employees are characterized. Then the employee benefits scheme in this organization is described as well as the research made by questionnaire investigation. The employee benefits in this organization are reviewed as extraordinary and overlaying many interests. In the end of the thesis possibly recommendation and suggestions are sketched. Cafeteria system is shortly described so as expected costs are.
