Abstract

This thesis deals with the description of current situation on Brno – Lidicka fire station as about the number of firefighters and their devices for work at heights. The current problems are mentioned and the way of solution is given. The work is divided into the background research and next six parts. The first part deals with the definition of important terms. The second part contains the analysis of statistics. The third and fourth parts are dedicated to a problem of low number of firefighters at fire station and their technical devices. In the fifth part the proposal of advanced conception for firefighter - climbers on Brno – Lidicka fire station is introduced and in the sixth part similar proposal for a new rescue equipment of air rescuers is given. In conclusion main problems are summarized and their possible solution is proposed.
