Problematika Public Relations ve vybraných českých fotbalových klubech

Abstract

The aim of my thesis was to map the activities of football clubs in the field of public relations. Football clubs have achieved certain improvements in thein relations with the public over the recent years. The enhancement of clubs reputation was subject to investment of considerable funds. The thesis comprises of 6 chapters. The first chapter contains the introduction and the last one then forms the conclusion. The theoretical part then provides determination of the essential terms related to the issues, methods and techniques of research. Furthermore, I have mapped activities of clubs in the field of communication mix, used the SWOT analysis to demonstrate the existing status within individual clubs to be compared using the selected criteria. I used the method of interviewing staff at selected clubs to find out about the view of the matter by particular managers.
