Abstract
The main goal of my bachelor project is to analyse in detail the preparations for an sports event. (Football festival) The first part of the bachelor project is focused on management, sporting management, project management and the budget. The practical part is focused on the budget of the event, the overall analysis and preparation for an sports event. The final part is dedicated to the topics and recommendations based on the founding’s of the SWOT analysis and the questionnaire results.
