Abstract
The aim of my thesis was to analyze the satisfaction of employees in the government department.
The theoretical part of my thesis summarizes the main items of the satisfaction and motivation, but also characterizes the organization.
The practical part deals with the creation of the questionnaire, analysis of employee satisfaction, its evaluation, conclusion and recommendations for the organization.
