Abstract

The Diploma thesis encompasses design and expert’s statement of the sports object foremost out of consideration for the static solution, although with appropriate regard to user requirements that result from both general regulations and standards as well as plentiful self-experience of this paper’s author. Steal bearing structure composes of common skeleton cross sectional structure, on which, by means of set of trusses, the roof deck from trapeze sheet metals is implemented. Pillars are fabricated in both skeleton-like fashion and web-plate girders, whereas the former is monolithic constructive foundation and the latter is hinged-like. Structural sheeting was properly considered. The object is a single-nave hall comprising six badminton courts with congenial administrative background in the form of changing rooms, showers, hygienic facilities and also sports bar situated on the first floor overlooking courts. This sports hall was designed with sufficient capacity margin with regard to general ambiguity and foremost inaccuracy of exerting load along with construction’s rebound action. The building complies with technical and above all user standards, demands and regulations.
