Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the reconstruction of an agricultural building into the building of the Male's Center for the purposes of the Teen Challenge resocialization center in Poštovice, which helps people in the fight against addiction. As part of the work, a complete heating solution is performed. A ground / water heat pump, taking heat from ground wells, has been proposed as the main heat source for heating and hot water preparation. Both two-pipe heating systems with radiators and hot water underfloor heating are used for heating. The underfloor heating system is designed to serve as cooling in the summer months.
