Měření spokojenosti studentů se studiem na střední škole

Abstract

Moja práca bola zameraná na zistenie spokojnosti študentov strednej školy s výučbou, ktorú škola poskytuje. Na základe analýzy uskutočňovanej prostredníctvom dotazníkov som zistila, že študenti prejavujú priemernú spokojnosť s faktormi ovplyvňujúcimi kvalitu výučby. V prvej časti som sa venovala charakteristike školy. V druhej časti som sa zamerala na teoretické vymedzenie pojmov spokojnosť a služby. V nasledujúcej časti sa zameriavam na analýzu získaných údajov, ktoré som získala prostredníctvom názorov a postojov študentov strednej školy. Na záver po vyhodnotení všetkých otázok dotazníka som sa snažila pre školu navrhnúť opatrenia, ktoré by odstránili alebo zmiernili študentmi vyjadrenú nespokojnosť.

My work deals with the finding of the measure of satisfaction of students at a secondary school with the education which is offered by the school. Based on the analysis carried out by questionnaires, I found out that students’ satisfaction with the factors which influence the quality of education is at a medium level. In the first part I dealt with the characteristic of the school. In the second part, I concentrated on the theoretical definition of the terms ‘satisfaction’ and ‘services’. In the next part, I deal with the analysis of the data, which were obtained on the base of opinions and attitudes of students of this secondary school. In conclusion, after evaluation of all questions from the questionnaire, I tried to suggest some arrangements for the school, which would remove or reduce dissatisfaction of students.
