Hodnocení projektu zavedení větrného generátoru ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářské práce se zabývá posouzením efektivnosti zavedení nově vyvinutého větrného generátoru do výroby společnosti Energo IPT s.r.o. V práci je provedena analýza stávajícího technického stavu a procesu a změn vzniklých po zavedení nového generátoru a rovněž analýza a hodnocení samotného projektu, a to z hlediska finančních přínosů a rizik. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení aplikace větrného generátoru do výroby, splnění cílů projektu a nalezení prostředků k eliminaci rizik.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the effectiveness of the newly developed wind generator into the production of the company Energo IPT Ltd. The analysis of the current technical state and process and the changes arising after the introduction of the new generator as well as the analysis and the evaluation of the project itself in terms of financial benefits and risk is made in the bachelor thesis. The result of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the wind generator application into the production, meeting the objectives and finding the means to eliminate the risks.
