Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the competitiveness of the metallurgical material market. This thesis highlights the issues related to the competitiveness of the company, dealing with the processing of metallurgical material. The diploma thesis includes all information on the competitive market, which makes the company affected, the methods used for strategic analysis and SWOT analysis. The work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The first part of the diploma thesis contains methods of solved problems and basic information of all selected companies. The practical part includes in particular the use of SWOT analysis, and the subsequent evaluation of all analytical results with the resulting proposals and recommendations.
