Hospodaření Věznice Heřmanice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza hospodaření Věznice Heřmanice se zaměřuje na problematiku a analýzu hospodářské činnosti věznic zřizovaných českým státem, v tomto případě byla analýza hospodářské činnosti realizována na konkrétním případě Věznice Heřmanice. V práci je stručně zmíněno historické pozadí zkoumané problematiky a dále je pozornost věnována charakteristice českých vězeňských zařízení, financování vězeňské služby a problematice zaměstnávání odsouzených. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení, která vyplývají z řízených rozhovorů, které byly provedeny se zaměstnanci Věznice Heřmanice.

The bachelor thesis entitled Analysis of Economic Activity of Heřmanice Prison focuses on the issue and analysis of the economic activity of the prisons established by the Czech State, in this case the analysis of economic activity was carried out on the specific case of Heřmanice Prison. In the document is briefly mentioned the historical background of the studied issue and the attention is paid to the characteristics of Czech prison facilities, funding of prison service and employment of convicts. There are recommendations at the end of the thesis which are based on the interviews conducted with employees of Heřmanice Prison.
