Abstract

Bachelor thesis Aplication for Colour Vision Deficiency Diagnostics is based on requirements of clinical practice in collaboration with Eye Clinic of FN Ostrava. Thesis is conceptually dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the clinical diagnostics of color blindness, anatomical and physiological structure of retina, investigative methods for diagnosis of color vision. The practical part describes Android Studio and programming language Java. It deals with development of applications, including photos. The second part deals with practical testing of applications in comparison to the standard method Farnsworth-Munsell 100 hue test.
