Abstract

BILKO, David: The House for Seniors in Těrlicko, The diploma thesis, VŠB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, 2021, number of pages: 61 This diploma thesis deals with the house for seniors design on the level of - the documentation for construction. The main goal is designing a separate property and a project for the installation of sanitary equipment with a focus on the disposal of sewage water with the design of a device for rainwater management. Sewage water will be disposed by combining the multi-chamber septic tank and root wastewater treatment plant. Pre-treated wastewater along with rainwater will be accumulated and used again at the property as utility water for flushing the toilets, cleaning up and laundry.
