Abstract
The subject of the thesis is the methanol case in the autumn of 2012 and its impact on Czech society. They captured the wider context of the whole affair, its actual development and progress recorded television news, major attention is paid to changes in Czech society, which brought with methanol poisoning. The effects of methanol case is analyzed from three aspects: health, legal and economic.
