Abstract
This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the financial management and specific processes in selected public-benefit organizations established by a city with extended powers. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate financial stability, analyze the structure of costs and revenues, and identify risks and opportunities for further development of three entities representing key areas of public services—culture (the city museum), education (the elementary art school), and social services (the retirement home) — based on financial statements and internal documents.
