Abstract
Substantive guardianship of limited companies is an understudied subject in the field of management. The writer aims to present an early view of the problematic, based on a case study of his own experience as the substantive guardian of a foreigner-owned company in the Czech Republic, undertaken over several months in late 2021 and early 2022.
