The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Moravská Ostrava. The work follows the architectural study created in the Architecture Design Studio Va and the documentation, which was processed in the Architecture Design Studio Va. The work is dividet into two parts – the text part and the drawing part. The building is designed as five-storey building with shop in ground-floor parterre and three flats with large balconies.
