Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the competitive of thai massage market in Prague. The whole work was focused on the company Tawan which belongs to the providers of thai massage. At the beginning of the thesis was first defined history and the current situation on the of thai massage market. It was subsequently characterized the company Tawan. Under this subchapter was described microenvironment and macroenvironment and marketing mix of the company. The following section was focused on the theoretical bases. The fourth chapter is devoted to the methodology of data collection. Data were obtained through marketing research with the use method of mystery shopping. In the second part of this thesis was an analysis of the research results. This chapter describes the results of all researched companies according to predefined criteria. The analysis results were identification of competitive positions of each companies and their strengths and weaknesses. Based on the research results in the final work were given suggestions and recommendations to company management Tawan. The main recommendation was to improve the level of staff.
