Abstract

KROPÁČOVÁ, Simona:Apartment building with a doctor office, The Diploma thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and HVAC, 2025. The subject of the diploma thesis is the development of detailed construction drawings for the design of a heating system for an apartment building. The building has three floors and 12 residential units. The heat source for heating and hot water is provided by the central heating system of the city of Ostrava through a house heat exchanger station. The apartment building will be heated by underfloor heating. The project also deals with the assessment of daylighting of living rooms. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the documentation from a construction point of view and the second part deals with the heating solution. The project includes the text and drawing parts of the documentation and its annexes.
