Analýza přístupu Lean Six Sigma

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on Lean and Six Sigma approach and their combination called Lean Six Sigma methodology. The aim of the thesis is to describe both mentioned approaches, explain particular phases of DMAIC cycle and tools mainly used within the phases, to explain benefits of described approaches and also to deal with examples of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma deployment. The case studies will be then compared with each other and their knowledge and findings will be applied to Lean Six Sigma project in the conditions of company where the diploma thesis author is employed.
