Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis was to monitor the influence of the concentrations of the transition substances on the preparation of nanoparticles ZnO and particles of nanocomposite material ZnO/vermiculite. In the case of the thesis were prepared 12 samples with use of two types of precursors: ZnCl2 and Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O. Experimental samples were characterized in terms of morphological, structural and phase changes. Depending on the type of precursor, pH changes were observed during the preparation, the size of the ZnO and ZnO/vermiculite crystals and the resulting particle size were evaluated. All experimental samples were tested on a selected strain of Staphylococcus aureus.
