Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of competitiveness in the company HP trend s. r. o. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the company, on the basis of which recommendations are then proposed to improve the competitiveness of this company. In the theoretical part, the basic terms for understanding the business and competitiveness are explained, and the methods for analyzing competitiveness are also characterized here. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the company HP trend s. r. o. Based on these analyses, proposals are made to improve competitiveness, which should help the analyzed company.
