Vyhodnocení procesu organizační změny

Abstract

The aim of this thesis entitled "An Evaluation of a Process of Organizational Change" was to evaluate the process of an organizational change on login and logout operations. This work should contribute not only to streamline the change implementation, to operate the rail assembly techniques but also to streamline the implementation of future changes. Data were collected using questionnaires as a tool for sociological research that has not identified only strengths but also weaknesses in the process of an organizational change. Measures proposed in order to implement the change in the last assembly operation of rail technology in time and more effectively were based on established facts and theoretical knowledge about an organizational change. These measures would also lead to higher efficiency in implementation of future changes that would inevitably occur.
