Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku

Abstract

Main aim of diploma thesis is evaluation of the competitiveness of small company, whose main business is purchase of metal waste. Evaluation of competitiveness is done by situational analysis. The following methods were applied in the diploma thesis: PESTLE analysis, Porter's analysis, Financial analysis, Pollak's model, Analysis of competitiveness, and SWOT analysis. Four setted proposals are based on the result of situational analysis. These proposals should minimize possible threars and also increase cometitiveness of the company. Despite a number of shortcomings, the company is very competitive and is an equal competitor for its rivals in the sector of metal waste puchases. Due to competitive advantages, the company has a very good position on market and assumption for future existence.
