Abstract

The aim of the thesis is an analysis of employee benefits in ČD Cargo, Inc., which includes a finding of take out of benefits and satisfaction with employee benefits. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the characteristics of employee benefits, their breakdown, weight tax and contribution benefits and specific types of benefits provided in the country. The second chapter is characterized by CD Cargo, Inc., there is a listing of specific benefits offered by this company. Research on the degree of satisfaction with the use and benefits of employees was conducted by questionnaire. The third chapter is therefore focused on analysis and evaluation of the results obtained from this survey. In conclusion the thesis includes suggestions and recommendations on specific employee benefits,which the company could include in its program.
