Abstract

As the thesis topic I chose the Corporate Culture. The reason for it is that the corporate culture affects the functioning of any business and concerns of each individual in it. The aim of this work is to identify the current corporate culture in the certain company. The type of culture the company promotes, whether the employees are satisfied and if it takes part of their traditions and values. In the theoretical part, I tried to analyze this company culture, how is defined by different authors, how is reflected in the company or what elements does it composes. In the practical part, I focused on the company culture in the selected company. Whether the employees know about it, their interest in it, how it is manifested and the mode of acceptance. The result of this work is a proposition of changes that would help the company to improve the corporate culture for to be naturally accepted and recognized by the employees.
