Abstract
This thesis assessed the situation of foreign investors in Chinese market, and took further analysis of their importance in high-tech industry, especially venture investment,and took Alibaba as typical successful portfolio.After the study, we can draw the conclusion that foreign investors make a positive contribution to the economic growth in China.
