Možné zvýšení efektivity válcování na trati HCC

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výkonnosti válcovací tratě HCC, včetně návrhu na zvýšení efektivity válcování a jeho vyhodnocení. V teoretické části je popsán proces tváření a podmínky, které je třeba dodržet při procesu válcování, včetně rozdělení válcovacích tratí dle konstrukce. Následně je uvedena základní teorie efektivity výroby. V praktické části je uveden výrobní proces a analýza efektivity při válcování. V závěru jsou navrhnutá zlepšení vyhodnocena.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to deal with the performance analysis of the Heavy Section Mill (HSM/HCC) including the design to increase the rolling efficiency and its evaluation. The theoretical part describes the forming processes and conditions to be followed during the rolling process, including the distribution of the rolling mills according to the construction. Subsequently, the basic theory of production efficiency is presented. The practical part describes the production process and the performance analysis during the rolling. In conclusion, the designed improvements are evaluated.
