Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to design a strategy that would ensure the competitiveness of small business. Both strategic and financial analysis of the company were carried out, mission, vision and business objectives was defined. The strategic analysis described the internal and external business environment and the STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter analysis were used. Based on the findings, the Differentiation strategy has been proposed, which should be accepted in production, human resources, marketing as well as in financial areas. The conclusion highlights the importance of customers, especially relationship with them, which is a key factor in ensuring competitiveness.
