Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with data transmission using the Arduino system in the ISM band. The thesis consists of a theoretical analysis of radio transmission, explanation of the basics of working with Arduino microcontrollers and their programming, comparison of available modules for data transmismission in 433 MHz and 2,4 GHz bands, confirmation of specific range values of selected modules and the use of one of the modules for creating a simple remote controlled car. Thesis also explains ,in detail ,terms such as ASK and GFSK modulation, Shockburst protokol and automatic packet processing. The thesis ends with the results achieved in the range measurement of the modules and the conclusion of the remote controlled car.
