Sledování výskytu paclitaxelu a ostatních taxanů v lutrových vodách firmy Teva Czech Industries s.r.o.

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on monitoring the occurrence of paclitaxel and other taxanes in waste water in pharmaceutical company Teva Czech Industries Ltd. This thesis explains the development of different types of yew biomass insulation, used in the production and a wide range of application in medicine, particularly in the treatment of some types of cancer. It is described a complex production of paclitaxel and other taxanes from natural yew Taxus Canadensis biomass, recovery of solvents used in production, the emergence paclitaxel waste water treatment and dreaming.
