Abstract

The goal of this dissertation is get acquainted with problematic of taking medicine images, get acquainted with photogrammetric system FOTOM 2008 and analyse it's calibration capabilities. Furthermore create new calibration process, which can reduce human factor action by using available informations. Created calibration process can remove lens distorsion and provide orthogonal view at calibrated area. Furthermore create design and make practical implementatnion with simple user interface as FOTOM 2009 module and assess achieved results. This dessertation want to extend of system FOTOM 2009 by calibration module and by that extend it's scope of usage.
