This thesis is focused on the analysis and identification of bottlenecks in the operation of St 4 - 10" at ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s.. This information is then used for consideration of possible proposals for their solution, with economic evaluation and assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed solution.
