The diploma thesis includes a multiple dwelling house with garages project design. It is divided into two parts. First part is focused on the project documentation of the multiple dweilling house. Second part is about building services, especially it is focused on the heating and ventilation systems. Primary heat source of the building is a gas condensing boiler. The house heating system is designed as a low temperature heating system. A floor heating systems are primary used. The floor heating system will be completed by flat panel radiators. The air ventilation of the building is intended by air handling unit with heat recovery exchanger.
