Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to develop documentation for construction of the university college in Silensian Ostrava, in the former mine Trinity. The selected object is part of the university college komplex. The aim was to create a modern housing for students, which would serve function of relaxing, working and social. The advantage of the location is this area is linked to the adjacent greenery that stretches through the Trinity valley to the Heap Ema. This bachelor thesis is a summary of all findings, applicable laws, regulations and standards.
