Abstract

The topic of this thesis is an Education System Analysis in the Selected Organization. The aim of thesis is analysis education system in the selected organization, which is a hospital, and find out how it works an education of doctors and medical workers. In theoretical part is described the basic four- step cycle of education, also is defined the basic terms, possible approaches to education or training methods etc. Practical part describes education system in a hospital, the method of training of doctors and medical workers. Practical part includes the survey and analysis of survey results. Survey is focused on employees opinion to education system in hospital. On the basis of all the information was created proposals and recommendations that could contribute to improving the current education system. Proposed recommendations include creating happy sheets and monitoring indicators od efficiency and costs
