Abstract

Topic of bachelor thesis is inventory management in specific company. Concretely, thesis is focused on retaining supply. Target of thesis is making analysis of present condition and after that calculation of new condition.

ABC analysis of supply of production materials was done. The most important provisions were identified and their present level of supportability was founded. After that new level of supportability was selected to the value 99% and new retaining supply was calculated.

After that present condition and new condition were compared. On the basis of the comparation was founded releasing of 839 798 Czech crowns.

On the basis of the thesis was founded fact that in company a lot of money was saved in retainig supply.These money company can use to other activities.
