Týmová práce jako součást firemní kultury

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá týmovou spoluprací a analýzou firemní kultury. Teoretická část je soustředěna na popis spolupráce, skupin, týmů, pracovní skupiny, teambuildingu a firemní kultury. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která se v prvním úseku zaobírá představením společnosti AWT a.s., v následujícím úseku se zabývá analýzou firemní kultury. Analýza probíhala pomocí dotazníkového šetření a výsledky byly porovnávány s teoretickými zásadami firemní kultury, které byly uvedeny v teoretické části.

This thesis deals with teamwork and analysis of corporate culture. The theoretical section describes collaboration, groups, teams, workgroups, team building and corporate culture. The practical section follows the theoretical, and deals with the introduction of AWT, beofre proceeding to analyze that company's culture. The analysis is conducted via a questionnaire, the results of which are compared with those theoretical principles of corporate culture addressed in the theoretical part.
