Finanční analýza společnosti forteq Czech s.r.o.

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti forteq Czech s.r.o. V druhé kapitole je stručně popsána činnost podnikání společnosti a její vývoj v letech 2008 - 2012. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení teoretických pojmů finanční analýzy, a to vymezení nákladů, výnosů, výsledku hospodaření, poměrových ukazatelů a Du Pontova pyramidálního rozkladu, které jsou použity v praktické části práce. Čtvrtá kapitola je praktickou částí práce, kde je zhodnocen finanční stav společnosti na základě horizontální a vertikální analýzy, výkazu zisku a ztráty a rozvahy, zhodnocení poměrových ukazatelů a analýza nákladovosti. V závěrečné části práce jsou nastíněny návrhy a doporučení.

The presented thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company forteq Czech s.r.o. The second chapter briefly describes the business activities of the company and its development in the years 2008 - 2012. The third chapter focuses on the definition of theoretical concepts of financial analysis and definition of costs, revenues, operating results, financial ratios and Du Pont pyramid decomposition, which are used in the practical part. The fourth chapter is the practical part, there is the assessment of the financial condition of the company on the basis of the horizontal and vertical analysis of the income statement and balance sheet, assessment ratios and cost analysis. In the last section are outlined suggestions and recommendations.
