Studie městského bydlení Polská/Kubánská, Ostrava Poruba

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je studie využití nezastavěného území u střetu ulic Polská a Kubánská v Ostravě Porubě, které v současné době plní funkci městské zeleně. Výsledkem je návrh zástavby v řešeném území polyfunkčním městským blokem s přízemím vyhrazeným pro občanskou vybavenost a nadzemní podlaží určené pro bydlení. Součástí je vyhodnocení vztahů k širšímu urbánnímu okolí a územnímu plánu včetně typologického a stavebně-technického řešení. Dále návrh řeší vztah k dopravní obsluze, parkování a odstavování vozidel, napojení inženýrských sítí na stávající technickou infrastrukturu a vytvoření bezbariérového přístupu pro osoby ZTP. Práce také obsahuje ekonomické vyhodnocení stavby.

The subject of the thesis is a study of the use of undeveloped territory at the crossing of the streets Polska and Kubanska in Ostrava Poruba, which is currently an urban green space. The result is a proposal of a development of multifunctional urban block in the respective territories, where the ground floor is reserved for civic amenities and the remaining floors are for living-in. A part of the study is an assessment of the relations to the broader urban surroundings and the ground plan including typological and technical building solutions. The proposal also considers the relations to the transport, parking of the vehicles, connecting of the engineering networks to the current technical infrastructure and the building of the barrier-free access for people with a handicap. The study also considers economical assessment of the building.
