Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a comprehensive business plan for a travel agency together with the establishment of a private limited company. In the theoretical part, emphasis was placed on explaining the basic concepts related to the terms business, travel agency and travel agency. Furthermore, the thesis dealt with the legal forms of business and more specifically on the privated limited company and its establishment. In the practical part, the establishment of a privated limited company for a travel agency took place with the application of the theoretical knowledge gained from the previous part of the thesis. Subsequently, a Lean Canvas model was developed followed by a business plan which included the company logo, details of the company owners, a description of the business and product, a sample of tours, the company's market position and its competitors with Porter's 5 forces analysis, marketing strategy, organisational leadership, financial plan and risk analysis. In the last section, the viability of the established company was evaluated using realistic, optimistic and pessimistic scenarios.
