Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the performance of the selected company using data collected from financial statements. The introduction outlines the direction in which the evaluation will take. Another section is devoted to theoretical interpretation of technical terms and methods on which it is possible to evaluate the issue. In the third part there are characteristics of the selected company whose performance evaluation is the subject of this thesis. The fourth part focuses on applying theoretical background information on the selected company. In conclusion, a summary of the results together with suggestions for improving the company's financial situation was realized through horizontal and vertical analysis, ratios and differential analysis and the bankruptcy models.
