Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the legal and economic aspects of the acquisition and financing of their own housing. In the theoretical part, the legal and socio-economic aspects of various forms of housing are analyzed, including rental housing. The aim is to define their advantages, disadvantages and risks. Part of the theoretical part is also an analysis of resources for financing their own housing in terms of their forms and subjects providing these resources. In the practical part there is an analysis of the cost of offers of financial products from selected banks and building societies. The aim of this analysis is to effectively decide which financial product and from which subject is to finance your own apartment and cooperative share for a fictitious applicant in time.
