Analýza stavebního spoření v České republice

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to compare products offered by individual building societies and to analyze current development of building society in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters including introduction and conclusion. In the second chapter is first characterized the substance of building society and its current since the independent Czech Republic to the present state. In the next part of this chapter are then clarified the basic concepts related to building savings and are given its main advantages and disadvantages. In the third charter are compared tariffs of individual building societies in the context of their advantage for the client. Tariffs are compared in structure to the savings and loan products. The criterion for comparing savings products is their profitability and credit products are compared primarily on the basis of their monthly and total cost. In the fourth part of Bachelor thesis is analyzed supposed current of building society and its possible effects on the bodies of building society, which are building societies, their clients and the state. Influence of supposed current of building society to clients is assessed on the basis of profitability.
