Světová finanční krize a její dopad na finanční trh

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce „Svetová finančná kríza a jej dopad na finančný trh“ je analyzovať príčiny a dôsledky prebiehajúcej finančnej krízy a zistiť, aký vplyv má kríza na spôsoby regulácie a dohľadu nad finančnými trhmi. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá vznikom problémov na rôznych trhoch, ktoré pôsobili ako spúšťače súčasnej krízy. Druhá časť je zameraná na analýzu dôslekov. Popísaná je kríza likvidity, morálny hazard, nezamestnanosť a dopady krízy a záchranné balíčky vo vybraných krajinách. Tretia kapitola je venovaná regulácií a dohľadu nad finančnými trhmi. Zaoberá sa finančným trhom, podstatou regulácie a dohľadu. Následne je uvedená regulácia a dohľad v Českej republike, Európskej únií a USA spolu s opatreniami a zmenami, ktoré boli prijaté v dôsledku krízy.

The aim of my diploma work „The World Financial Crisis and its impact on the Financial Market“ is to analyze the causes and consequences of the ongoing financial crisis and to find out what influence does the crisis have on the ways of regulation and supervision of the financial market. My work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the origin of problems on different markets which have caused the contemporary crisis. The second part focuses on the analysis of consequences. It describes the crisis of liquidity, moral hazard, unemployment, impact on the crisis and the rescue hits in specific countries. The third chapter talks about the regulations and supervision of the financial markets. It deals with financial market, the basic of regulation and supervision. The next thing mentioned is the regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic, European Union and the United States of America with the arrangements and changes accepted as the result of the crisis.
