Organizace voleb v podmínkách statutárního města

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor assignment is the Organization of Elections in the Statutory City, which is specifically applied to the example of the Statutory City of Frýdek-Místek. The work at first deals with the theoretical determination of the public service in the Czech Republic and its organisation. Furthermore there are described the municipal authorities, above all on the level of municipality and its authorities. The work deals with the process of enactment of public officials by means of elections with a view to discharge of an office of a member of the municipality council. It distinguishes the Statutory City of Frýdek-Místek and its authorities, especially subjects participating in organizing elections in the Statutory City of Frýdek-Místek. The next part deals with economical aspects of the election organisation in the Statutory City, concrete expenses connected with the election organisation, and their registration in the town budget. The individual data focus on funding the town council elections that took place in 2010 and their comparison with the expenses used in the past years.
