Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to describe retirement reforms of the Northern Europe countries and to evaluate retirement system sustanability in the Czech Republic with focus on chosen factors influences and changes based on sensitivity analysis.
Sensitivity analysis has four parts - aging population, inflation and savings, inflation and indexation of pensions, factor of unemployment.
